How to become a Certified MindWalking TrainerGeneral DescriptionAs a MindWalking-Trainer you could be either a Session Guide, a Course Instructor, a Personal Coach, or all of that, depending on your level of training. Also, given enough experience, you could also become a Training Supervisor, and as such train and instruct others and correct their sessions. Please note that MindWalking isn't therapy, but personality enhancement and awareness training. The client isn't being "regressed" to some distant past but made aware of what's on his mind now. For this reason the terms "session guide" or "coach" and "session partner" are used instead of "therapist" and "client". In order to become a Session Guide you'd do the three Basic Courses minimum (see below). To go further there is also an Advanced Course and an Expert Course. Each course takes four days. There is also a number of courses and individual coachings for the general public. Their objective is the enhancement of life quality in business and family, "Life Management", so to speak. As a prerequisite to becoming a Life Management Coach or Course instructor you have to be a Certified Session Guide, though. This is why this script concentrates on how to become a Session Guide. Apart from becoming a certified MindWalking-trainer you could just as well become a non-certified one. For this all sorts of shortcut programs are possible. They would need working out individually according to specification. Please contact the Chief Training Supervisor. This is the difference between the two: As a non-certified MindWalking-Trainer you would blend whatever MindWalking technique you have learnt, with the methods you are using anyway. You'd fit MindWalking in with your normal routines wherever it appears useful. But, because MindWalking is a registered trademark within Europe, you wouldn't advertise yourself as a "MindWalking Trainer". Only a Certified MindWalking Trainer would legally be permitted to do so. Specific PointsBasic Course 1 (BC 1) is on "communication and leadership with emotional understanding". That´s for the general public, and specifically for future MindWalking (MW)-Trainers to enable them to control a session and take it to a good result. Basic Course 2 (BC 2) teaches a structured approach to the session. Question lists are provided which enable the session partner to recall the valuable parts of his life and see his life as a good thing. This is the Life Review. Traumatic stuff is only touched but not sought for. There is also a question list for Relationship Clearing. This enables the session partner to sort out his relationships. A lot of negative stuff comes up but it may not be traumatic yet. Basic Course 3 (BC 3). On this course the session guide is taught the unstructured approach (no question lists as in BC 2). In an interview the session guide finds out what his partner wants to improve. In the actual session he assists his session partner to find the path down to the traumatic incident that answers up to the existence of the unwanted condition. Here you get down to past lives, telepathic connections, between-lives-stuff, entity attachments etc. The Advanced Course. Here you learn how to work with the "mindwalker", a GSR (Galvanic Skin Response) meter used to measure mental tension. The session techniques are the same as taught on BC 2 and 3, except that with the mindwalker you get a lot more detail and depth than without. Practicals and Examinations: Between BC 2 and 3 there is a practical. You have to have produced good results on a number of session partners before you are permitted on BC 3. Likewise you are not permitted on the Advance Course unless you have done a practical with the BC 3 materials. Also there are professional workshops every half year. Certified MW-trainers are bound to attend, for trainees it´s voluntary. Should you wish to obtain a certificate you'd have to undergo a rather stiff exam on the material of each course to ensure that you have understood your theory. Emancipation of the Client. As the prime target of MindWalking is the emancipation of the session partner, i. e. the enhancement of his ability to think for himself, there is absolutely no interpretation, no diagnosis, no knowing better. There are absolutely no leading questions, no prior indoctrinations, no "therapeutic belief systems". The session guide encourages the session partner to look and describe what comes up along the line of the subject pursued. That´s all. And that's enough to unleash emotions and somatics and produce life-changing realizations. Own sessions. As a prerequisite for your work as a MindWalking-Trainer it is required that you get in-depth sessions yourself by a certified MW-Trainer. Also you'd run session programs on yourself ("solo sessions") before using them on others. In other words you should have cleaned out a lot of your own stuff, and have gathered experience that way, before you are let loose on the rest of mankind. And your solo sessions are not a once-only thing as there is no end to personal expansion. MindWalking is an exploration of the mind, and that includes one´s own. Supervision. Each and every session is supervised by e-mail. Once you are doing well, you are getting a certificate. This permits you to use the term "MW-Trainer" officially, as "MindWalking" is a registered trademark. Certificates: There are the following certificates: Communication Coach (works with BC 2 materials). Basic Session Guide (works with BC 2 and 3 materials without mindwalker). Advanced Session Guide (works with BC 2 and 3 materials with mindwalker), Expert Session Guide (does excellent work in all cases with no further supervisor comments), Supervisor (an Expert who has done a Supervisor Practical). Until you've become a Supervisor you get supervised yourself. Life Management Coaching. Further than that there is a certificate as a Life Management Coach. This enables you to give solution-oriented courses and individual coachings to the general public. How long does it take & how much is it? Before you can expect to get your first certificate you'd have to invest a minimum of a year. Most people take longer since they have also other things to do in life. Up to the level of Supervisor it takes a good five years. The cost depend on the level of certificate you're going for. It's somewhere between 2500 and 6000 Euros. » see also the German list of trainers
